Pudding is the most loving dessert in the world. This is special because you can make it without a oven.

Ingredients:-2 egg, 1 cup milk, 2 big spoon powder sugar, 4 tbs sugar for caramelize, 1 small spoon water, aluminium foil.
Method:- In a deep wide pan take some water and let it boil, meanwhile, heat the milk, not too much.add the sugar and mix, then add egg and mix it well, now your pudding mixture is ready. For the caramelize, take a small saucepan add sugar and water and cook it for 3 minutes, when the sugar turns deep red brown color, pour it in a aluminium mold of your choice and spread the caramel all over the bowl. Pour the pudding mixture and cover it with the aluminium foil, put it in the boiling water and let it cook for 15 minutes, insert a tooth peak, if it comes out clean then your pudding is ready.
