For stuffing:
3 Egg whites
1 Chopped Onion
1 Chopped Tomato
½ tsp Soya Sauce
Pinch Turmeric powder
Pinch Pepper powder
1 tsp oil
Salt as per taste
For Rolls:
3 Bread
½ Cup Bread Crumbs
2-3 tsp oil

Step 1 For Stuffing-Beat eggs whites well, add salt and keep it aside.
