Great for Sandwich and Burrito! If you have everything at home and don't have avocado . You don't really need avocado it will taste good without it too!

6 eggs diced
2 fresh tomatoes Diced
1/2 onion diced
1 Avocado diced
1 Jalapeno dice
a pint of oregano( not too much)
Salt and pepper
Boil the eggs for 10-15 minutes Grab a bowl and cut all the remaining ingredient Add all the ingredient in the bowl. When the eggs is ready let it cool (if you want the eggs to cool fast put it in the fridge for a while) Cut the eggs in diced and add it on the bowl Add salt and pepper to taste.
