1 1/4 Teaspoons of Baking Powder
3/4 Cup Butter ( Softened )
3 Egg Whites
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1/2 Teaspoon Nutmeg ( To Taste )
3/4 Cup Eggnog ( I used store bought )
1/4 Cup Milk
For the Eggnog Frosting
1/2 Cup Butter ( Softened )
1/2 Cup Shortening
3-4 Cups of Powdered Sugar
4 Tablespoons Eggnog
1/4 Teaspoon of Rum Extract
1 Teaspoon Nutmeg
