I love Eggs Benedict but it is hard to make for dinner because of timing. This is an easy overnight casserole that will have you licking your plate! Great for dinner, brunch or breakfast! Made even easier by using a packet of Hollandaise!

6 English muffins
2 tablespoons butter
1 package Canadian Bacon
4 green onions
1/2 cup cheese ( shredded )
9 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons yellow mustard
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 package Hollandaise Sauce ( plus ingredients needed on package )
2 tablespoons butter
1 package Canadian Bacon
4 green onions
1/2 cup cheese ( shredded )
9 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons yellow mustard
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 package Hollandaise Sauce ( plus ingredients needed on package )
Cut English muffins into cubes. Spread on a baking sheet and broil in the oven for a few minutes to brown them lightly.
