½ cup chopped onion
½ cup Carrot
2 tbsp chopped Coriander
1 tsp Red chili powder
Salt to taste
1 tsp oil

1 lb. ground beef
1 onion
1 clove garlic
2 T tomato paste
4 c coarsely chopped green cabbage
4 c beef broth
15 oz tomato sauce
14.5 oz petite diced tomatoes
2 T brown sugar
1 bay leaf
2 c cooked white rice
Kosher salt and pepper
2 T chopped fresh parsley
