A filling and satisfying breakfast.

6 english muffins, split in half
1 pound breakfast sausage
1/4 cup sausage drippings
1/4 cup flour
2 cups milk
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
8 eggs
12 slices cheddar cheese
  1. In a non-stick skillet cook the sausage until crumbled and completely cooked.
  2. Transfer the sausage to a plate lined with paper towel.
  3. Leave 1/4 cup of sausage drippings in the pan....
