Entrecote steak on the grill

Slice a pound of entrecote into 4 pieces of 250 grams each.Then turn on the grill and heat it up to high heat. It is very important to use a charcoal bbq rather than a gas bbq, because the meat came out a bit smoky and tasty.Put the grilling net on and go through it with onion and oil.Place the pieces of meat on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side. Doing so burns the meat and closes the liquid in the steak.Season the meat with salt and pepper on each side and continue to roast it to the desired roasting level

EASY VEGETABLE LO MEIN RECIPE

8 ounces lo mein noodles
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
3 cloves garlic ( minced )
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
4 cups julienned vegetables ( I like to use scallions, celery, bok choy or cabbage, and green pepper )
