Entrecote steak on the grill

Slice a pound of entrecote into 4 pieces of 250 grams each.Then turn on the grill and heat it up to high heat. It is very important to use a charcoal bbq rather than a gas bbq, because the meat came out a bit smoky and tasty.Put the grilling net on and go through it with onion and oil.Place the pieces of meat on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side. Doing so burns the meat and closes the liquid in the steak.
