Totilla's are best when they are fresh. These tortillas are so easy to make you'll wonder why you've never made fresh tortillas before. They are perfect for fajitas, soft tacos, and even burritos!

4 cups flour, all-purpose or high-gluten bread; you can substitute up to 1 cup with whole wheat or spelt flour
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup shortening
1 1/2 cups warm water
Combine flour and salt.Cut shortening into flour/salt mixture using a pastry cutter. Add warm water. Knead using the dough hook until the mixture comes together in a ball.Keep dividing the dough in half...
