225 g ( 1 tablespoon shy of 1 cup butter )
225 g ( 1 cup + 2 tablespoons sugar )
4 eggs
225 g plain all purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
300 g (3 cups) frozen berries/fruit
1 tablespoon sugar or honey
1 tablespoon water
2 cups cream ( whipped, see notes )
Assorted fresh berries or fruit ( I used raspberries and blueberries )
