1 Large Green Bell Pepper ( diced )
1 Jalapeno ( seeded and small diced )

1 Bay Leaf
1 tsp Kosher Salt
2 tsp Hot Sauce

1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Onion Powder
1/2 tsp Oregano
1/4 tsp White Pepper ( ground )

Long Grain Rice:
4 cups Hot Water
2 tsp Kosher Salt

1/4 cup Green Onions ( sliced )
