1 large onion ( finely shredded )
4 carrots ( shredded )
1/2 cup white vinegar or flavored vinegar of your choice
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup salad oil ( I use Mazola or olive oil )
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dry mustard
