Everyday Sandwich Bread

This basic sandwich bread recipe is soft, fairly healthy, and freezes really well. It's not that hard to make either!

1 1/3 cups warm water
1/3 cup olive oil
2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
2 1/2 cups bread flour
2 tbsp + 2 tsp sugar
1 tbsp rapid-rise yeast

In bread machine, combine water, oil, and salt. Add the flour on top of the liquids. Pour sugar into one corner of machine. Make finger dent in center of flour and pour yeast into it. Set machine on dough...
