An Extreme SNICKERS Cheesecake Dip that everyone will love! Filled with lots of chocolate and caramel, it's a real crowd pleaser!

2 8 oz cream cheese (chilled)
12 oz caramel topping (chilled)
½ c sour cream
¼ c powdered sugar
3 Xtreme SNICKERS® Bars (or SNICKERS® bars of your choice), chopped into small pieces
