1 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. course breadcrumbs
1 egg
1 onion ( diced )
2-3 garlic cloves ( minced )
30 oz. crushed tomatoes
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1/4 c. red wine
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 Tbsp chopped fresh oregano
1 Tbsp. chopped ( fresh parsley )
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
black pepper ( to taste )
1 lb. spaghetti
4 oz. mini mozzarella balls ( halved )
about 10 sliced black olives
