Festive Mince and Marzipan Rolls

A fantastic alternative to mince pies!

For the Rolls::
240 ml milk
135 g caster sugar
14 g Yeast
115 g Butter ( At Room Temp )
2 Eggs
1/2 tsp Salt
600 g Bread Flour ( Plus extra for dusting )
For the filling::
400 g Mincemeat
200 g Ready to roll marzipan
For the Glaze::
120 g Icing Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 tbsp Milk
  1. Gently heat the milk in a small saucepan until luke warm

chopped nuts ( walnuts or pecans optional )
raisins or diced apples ( optional )
FROSTING
1 ( 3-ounce package cream cheese, softened )
1/4 c butter ( softened )
1 1/2 c confectioner' sugar
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
