2 T chopped fresh chives
2 T chopped fresh parsley
2 T chopped fresh rosemary
1 clove garlic
Kosher salt and freshly-ground black pepper ( to taste )
2 T vegetable oil
4 filet mignon steaks ( about 6 ounces each )
