FISH TACO SALAD

The fish and vegetables provide good amount of minerals, phosphorus and selenium, which help maintain healthy bones and teeth, breaks down fats and carbohydrates, keep your thyroid functioning well and protect against harmful free radicals.
50 gram Fish cod or halibut
1/2 Teaspoon Olive oil- for cooking
½ Teaspoon Cumin powder
½ Teaspoon Chili powder
½ tsp Salt and pepper
2 Garlic cloves ( minced )
50 gram Red or sweet onion ( finely chopped )
1 Tablespoon Finely chopped cilantro
1 Plum tomatoes ( diced )
15 gram Avocado
