A German/French style thin crust pizza also known as "Tarte Flambée" that's topped with crème fraîche, onions, and pork belly.
1. Mix the water and yeast in a large mixing bowl. Add the flour, 1 tsp salt and 1 TBSP of the oil into the bowl and stir until a dough forms and pulls away from the sides of the bowl.
