Flourless Cherry Brownies For Valentine’s Day
These yummy brownies are soft, moist and easy to make. They are also dairy-free, gluten-free, fruit sweetened and there's no added oil.
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup pumpkin puree
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup coconut flour ( plus 2 Tbsp )
1/2 tsp. baking soda
to taste pitted cherries ( for decoration )
1 Tbsp hazelnut butter
to taste Vanilla extract
Presoak your dates in hot water for half an hour or until they are soft and you can mash them with a fork.
Pit your cherries and preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
