Foil Packet BBQ’ed Honey Salmon

This is the easiest way to cook fish. Throw it into a foil packet and put it on the BBQ. Add a little honey and some fresh thyme and even the kids will be drooling for this healthy dinner!

1/4 cup honey
3 cloves garlic, pressed
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
