1 1/2 lbs. baby spinach
8 oz. fresh bean sprouts
1 can water chestnuts (5 or 6 oz), drained & sliced
6 oz. cooked chicken ( cubed )
2/3 c. salad oil
1/3 c. wine vinegar
2 Tbsp. honey
1/3 c. finely chopped onion
2 tsp. Worcestershire
salt & pepper
2 hard cooked eggs ( sliced )

Rinse the spinach and discard any stems. Tear into bite-sized pieces if needed.
In a large bowl, combine spinach, bean sprouts, water chestnuts and chicken. Cover and refrigerate.
