Four Cheese Chicken Pasta Bake
Creamy pasta and chicken is loaded with four different types of cheese.
9 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 1/2 tablespoons all purpose flour
14.5 ounces low sodium chicken broth
1/2 cup half and half
1 cup (2 tablespoons) shredded parmesan and romano cheese
1 cup (2 tablespoons) monterey jack cheese
1 cup (2 tablespoons) shredded sharp white cheddar cheese
6 ounces cream cheese
10 ounces cooked boneless skinless chicken breast, cubed
3 tablespoons shredded parmesan cheese
