Fresh Blackberry and White Chocolate Poke Cake

85 g (1/3 cup) butter ( softened )
150 g (3/4 cup) sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
Pinch of salt ( omit if your butter is salted )
150 ml ( 1/2 cup + two tablespoons milk )
220 g all purpose flour ( plain )
Blackberry Sauce:
250 g (1½ cups) blackberries ( fresh or frozen )
2½ tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon water
Frosting:
30 g (1/4 cup) white chocolate ( melted )
200 g (7/8 cup) cream cheese
1 teaspoon blackberry sauce ( see instructions )
200 g (2 cups) icing ( confectioners' sugar )
