Fresh green bean salad – green beans, red onion, cucumber and tomatoes. Dress up this simple 10-minute, salad with white balsamic, lemon and agave dressing.

1 lb. Fresh green beans ( trimmed and cut into bite-sized pieces )
2 cups Cherry tomatoes ( cut in half )
1 Cucumber ( de-seeded and sliced into half moons )
1/4 cup White Balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp. Agave syrup ( or other liquid sweetener )
1 Fresh lemon ( juiced )
pinch Black pepper to taste
