Fresh Tarragon Pasta

Fresh tarragon pasta is a distinctive, delicate and flavorful plant-based recipe that will have you at the dinner table in 30 minutes.

4 servings
1/4 cup onion ( finely diced )
2 pieces fresh tarragon
1 1/2 cups white wine ( you can substitute vegetable broth if desired )
2 tbsp. corn starch ( substitute flour if desired )
1/4 cup vegetable broth
1 cup plant milk ( try oat or almond or whatever you like )
10 oz. asparagus tips
3 cups Dry pasta

Small dice the onion and finely chop 1-2 tsp. fresh tarragon leaves.

Wash and prepare the asparagus tips and set them in the steamer.

Measure out your pasta and start the pasta water.
