3- 6-7 oz salmon fillets grilled and flaked
1- 1 lb box orzo cooked and drained
1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes halved
1 cup green onions chopped
1/2 cup kalamata olives halved
1 Tbsp fresh parsley chopped
1/2 cup olive oil
3 Tbsp rice vinegar
3 Tbsp olive juice from the kalamata olives
5-6 cloves minced garlic
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp each salt and pepper
