If you want to cook tender fried shrimp in hot sauce, buy shrimp only raw. They can be subjected to heat treatment. Boiled, frozen shrimp, which we also buy, is already completely ready for use, and if desired, they can only be slightly poured cover with boiling water. Overcooked or overcooked seafood always gets tough.

2 t fresh thyme leaves
