These fried tomatoes have the most incredible flavor, the dish is super easy to make and it all comes together in 20 minutes.
1 cup panko bread crumbs
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 cup oat milk
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup sunflower oil
2 oz Manchego cheese
pinch sea salt
dash black pepper
handful freshly chopped parsley
