1 lb. Asparagus, Broccoli or small Portabella Mushrooms
2 Egg, beaten
½ C. Milk or Water
1 C. Flour, Bread crumbs, Panko Crumbs or Corn Flake Crumbs
¼ tsp. Sea Salt and ½ tsp. Fresh Ground Pepper
? tsp. Paprika
