Frosted Fudge Brownies

Do you love chocolate? well these brownies are mouth watering divine and addictive. The frosting is my favorite. Cook time: 25 Min Prep time: 15 Min Serves: 24

Ingredients
1 c butter
3 Tbsp butter
4 eggs
2 c sugar
1 1/2 c flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 c baking cocoa
1 tsp baking powder
FOR FROSTING
6 Tbsp butter, softened
2 2/3 c powdered sugar
1/2 c baking cocoa
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 to 1/3 c milk
