1/2 cup whole milk, room temperature
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
2 tablespoon keylime juice
1 tablespoon keylime zest
4 oz unsalted butter, room temperature
1 cup sugar
1 large egg, room temperature
2 large egg whites, room temperature
