These Frosted Peppermint Brownies are thick, fudgy, and full of flavor!

1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup unsalted butter
3/4 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup dark chocolate wafers (or chips)
1 1/2 cups white sugar
4 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Peppermint Frosting
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
4 cups powdered sugar
2 tablespoons milk (or heavy cream)
2 teaspoons peppermint extract
10 candy canes, crushed
