Frozen White Chocolate Caramel Cappuccino
372
Frozen mochas are a given, but have you tried a frozen cappuccino? It's every bit as tasty as a hot cappuccino, and just as simple to make! This simple recipe takes little time and effort to prepare, and can be easily multiplied to make enough for a crowd. Just prepare the cappuccino in advance so it has time to chill, and the rest is ready in a pinch!
1
4 Tablespoons instant white chocolate caramel cappuccino mix (Hills Bros. brand)
1/2 cup hot water
1/4 cup milk
apx. 1 cup ice
1/2 cup hot water
1/4 cup milk
apx. 1 cup ice
Stir the hot water into the instant cappuccino mix till it's all dissolved, then chill in the fridge till it's cool. It will thicken slightly as it cools.
Pour the chilled cappuccino into the jar of a blender. Add milk and ice, and blend till smooth. I use almond milk, but you can use any milk you like.
Garnish with whipped cream, caramel sauce, and white chocolate shavings if desired.
