2 Medium Carrots (peeled and diced)
1 Large Leek (cleaned and diced)
1 Small Broccoli (chopped into florets)
1 Small Cauliflower (chopped into florets)
1Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Large Onion (peeled and diced)
500ml Alfredo Sauce
2Tbsp Tarragon
1Tsp Mixed Herbs

Pie Lid:
225g Plain Flour
100g Butter
1Tsp Thyme
1Tsp Mustard Powder
1 Small Egg (beaten)
