1 Large Onion (peeled and diced)
2 Medium Carrots (peeled and thinly diced)
½ Small Courgette (cut into small chunks)
100g Pork (cut into cubes)
100g Pineapple (chopped into chunks)
1Tbsp Olive Oil
1Tbsp Brown Sugar
1Tsp Garlic Puree
15ml Worcester Sauce
60ml Soy Sauce
15ml Tomato Ketchup
1Tbsp Chinese Five Spice
Salt & Pepper
100g Noodles (optional)
½ Green Pepper (cut into chunks)
