2 cup cream cheese ( at room temperature )
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Fudge topping:
1 cups granulated sugar
1/8 cup corn syrup
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup butter
6 Tablespoons cocoa powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
