These are the best fudgy chocolate crinkle cookies, also known as brownie cookies. These cookies are soft and chewy, perfectly fudgy with a slight crust – just like a brownie should be!

120 g unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla

3/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup powdered sugar
300 g sugar

- Whisk dry ingredients in a medium bowl. Set aside.
