1 White Onion ( diced )
1 Green Pepper ( diced )
1 Red Pepper ( diced )
1 Jalapeno ( seeded and diced )
1/2 tbsp. Garlic ( minced )
1/2 tbsp. Ground Cumin
1 tbsp. Smoked Paprika
3 tbsp. Chili Powder
1/2 tbsp. Cornstarch
1/2 tbsp. Thyme
4 tbsp. Tomato Paste
12 oz. Beer ( light lager )
16 oz. Tomatoes ( drained and diced )
28 oz. Dark Red Kidney Beans ( drained )
2 quarts Beef Stock/Broth
2 tbsp. Molasses
1/4 oz. Dark Chocolate
3 tbsp. Grapeseed Oil
