Fullblood Wagyu Beef Stock
Make your own beef stock with this simple recipe. This savory broth is simmered with Fullblood Wagyu beef bones, carrots, onions, celery, onions, and garlic, giving your beef stock a delicious taste that is much more flavorful than any store-bought brand.
2 Spanish Onions ( rough chopped )
3 Large Carrots ( rough chopped )
12 Garlic Cloves
4 Celery Ribs ( rough chopped )
8 SPRIG Thyme
3 Bay Leaves
1 tbsp. Black Peppercorn
4 oz. Tomato Paste
1 gal. Water
Freshly Ground Black Pepper
