2 cups Dry Chickpeas ( or 4 CUP Cooked Chickpeas or Garbanzo beans )
1 Large Yellow Onion ( julienned )
4 Garlic Cloves ( minced )
1 tbsp. Cumin ( ground )
1 tbsp. Ancho Chile Powder
2 tsp. Coriander ( ground )
2 tsp. Kosher Salt
1/2 tsp. Freshly Ground Black Pepper
