Fullblood Wagyu Bratwurst with Gnocchi
This Fullblood Wagyu Bratwurst with Gnocchi recipe is a satisfying, comfort dish that you will love. The sautéd bratwurst is served over homemade gnocchi and topped with a delicious mustard cream sauce. For some crunch and color, toss in a cup of brussels sprout leaves.
12 oz. Lager Beer
8 oz. Water
1 Potato ( cut into half-inch pieces )
1 cup All Purpose Flour
1 tsp. Kosher Salt
1/2 tsp. Freshly Ground Black Pepper
1 tbsp. Butter
Mustard Cream Sauce:
4 cups Heavy Cream
2 tbsp. Stone Ground Mustard
to taste Kosher Salt
to taste Freshly Ground Black Pepper
