1 Package Double 8 Cattle Company Fullblood Wagyu Bratwurst
12 oz. Lager Beer
8 oz. Water
Gnocchi:
1 Potato ( cut into half-inch pieces )
1 cup All Purpose Flour
1 Egg
1 tsp. Kosher Salt
1/2 tsp. Freshly Ground Black Pepper
1 tbsp. Butter
Mustard Cream Sauce:
4 cups Heavy Cream
2 tbsp. Stone Ground Mustard
to taste Kosher Salt
to taste Freshly Ground Black Pepper
