1 lb. Double 8 Cattle Company Fullblood Wagyu Ground Sausage
2 tbsp. Grapeseed Oil
1 Sweet Onion ( small diced )
1 Jalapeno ( small diced )
2 tsp. Ground Cumin
1 tsp. Paprika
2 tsp. Kosher Salt
1/2 tsp. Freshly Ground Black Pepper
2 tbsp. Chipotle in Adobo ( pureed )
14 ounces Fire Roasted Tomatoes with Garlic
28 ounces Tomato Puree
12 ounces Feta Cheese
6 Eggs ( large )
Garlic Naan Bread
2 tbsp. Butter ( melted )
1 Cilantro ( bunch, leaves only )
3 Green Onions ( small diced )
