1 Double 8 Cattle Company Fullblood Wagyu Underblade Steak
2 Red Bell Peppers ( small diced )
2 Green or Yellow Bell Peppers ( small diced )
2 Poblano Peppers ( small diced )
1 Large Yellow Onion ( small diced )
1/4 cup Water
5 Garlic Cloves ( minced )
2 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 lb. Cream Cheese ( softened )
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 cup Shredded Parmesan
1 tbsp. Hot Sauce
12 SLICE Provolone Cheese
8 Kaiser Rolls ( cut into 1/2 inch slices )
1 BUNCH Green Onion ( minced, to garnish )
