Herb Butter:
1/2 cup Unsalted Butter ( softened )
3 tbsp. Fresh Chives ( chopped )
3 tbsp. Fresh Parsley ( chopped )
2 tsp. Tarragon ( chopped )

1/2 tsp. Freshly Ground Black Pepper
