Delicious loaded cheesy potato skins with a DIY spicy ranch dressing.

4 Large Russet Potatoes
container Onion and Chive Cream Cheese
1 1/2 Cup Cheddar Cheese
1/4 Cup Bacon Pieces
2 Tbsp Milk
Ranch Dressing:
3/4 Cup Mayo
3 Tbsp Milk
2 Tsp White Vinegar
1 Buttermilk Ranch packet
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
1 Tsp Paprika
1/2 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Poke a couple small holes into each potato. Place them on a paper towel in the microwave and press the potato button. (They'll cook for about 10 minutes.)...
