Funfetti Triple Chip Bars

1 box Funfetti cake mix
1/2 c. butter ( softened )
1 large egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 T. water ( if necessary )
3/4 c. coconut
1/3 c. chocolate chips
1/3 c. butterscotch chips
1/3 c. white chocolate chips
1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1/3 heaping cup (just short of 1/2 c.) peanut butter or Nutella
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Prepare a 9 x 13 pan by lining with foil and spraying with cooking spray. In a large bowl mix the cake mix, butter, egg and vanilla. Mix well. Batter will be very thick....
