Garlic and Rosemary Pork Chop Brine
A simple pork chop brine with brown sugar, garlic and herbs is an easy way to create moist, tender and flavorful meat! 4 c water
1/4 c coarse kosher salt
2 T brown sugar
1/2 t black pepper
2 sprigs fresh rosemary
3 sprigs fresh thyme
2 garlic cloves
1 bay leaf
