Garlic Asparagus

Asparagus is great but it can be a little bitter. I like to use the really young shoots that are thin vibrant green. Trim off the bitter ends and add some flavor, it can truly be an amazing vegetable.

1 Bunch of asparagus washed and trimmed
1 Tbsp olive oil
pinch kosher salt
black pepper to taste
