I love this garlic bread! I learned how to make it from my mother in law. It's packed with flavor, easy to make and there's never any left!

1 loaf of crusty sourdough bread
1 cup of butter
2 clove of garlic
5-6 TBS of Johnny's Garlic Spread and seasoning
Parmesan cheese

Turn on your Broiler and set it to Hi. Cut bread into thin slices and place on a baking sheet. In a small saucepan melt the butter. Add in the garlic (I use a hand held grater and just grate it over the butter). Add in the garlic seasoning and mix well. Brush garlic butter evenly on each piece of bread and top with Parmesan cheese. Put it in the oven and watch it, it only needs to be in there for a minute or two. Once the cheese is melted and the bread is slightly brown it's ready to take out.
